THE BIBIS WAY

Speed Over Everything.

If it can be done now, we do it now.

We act, adjust, and keep momentum.

Speed is our edge. Done fast still means done right.

State The Facts, Tell The Truth.

We say what’s real.

We do what we said we would.

Especially when it’s uncomfortable. Trust is everything.

Give. Give. Give.

We give first:to our team, our customers, and our mission.

We go above and beyond without keeping score.

Giving builds trust, relationships, which compound over time.

THE ROLE

You’re the architect behind high-quality, high-energy food operations. As Kitchen Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force that leads our kitchen team, builds systems, and delivers standout experiences, from intimate catering orders to large-scale activations.

We’re not just looking for someone who can keep things moving, we need someone who can see issues before they happen, design solutions, and execute at a high level, consistently.

Your day-to-day will include managing prep and production timelines, creating staff rosters, ordering ingredients, handling logistics, and ensuring the kitchen team is set up to deliver excellence. You’ll own the systems, processes, and tools that keep everything from cooking to delivery on track.

You’ll work closely with the BIBIS executive team, event leads, prep coordinators, and kitchen staff, all working toward one goal: making BIBIS a world-class food operation.

This role is fast-paced, high-impact, and made for someone who thrives in structured chaos. If you love solving logistical puzzles, leading high-performance teams, and creating unforgettable food moments, this role is built for you.
