BIBIS Catering Terms
Effective Date: 1st November 2025
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all catering services provided by BIBIS WORLD Pty Ltd (“BIBIS”, “BIBIS Kitchen”, “EatBIBIS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
50% deposit required on booking, due within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Deposit not required for Eat Now, Pay Later offer (new customers only).
Pay in full upfront to receive 10% off.
All prices exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery
Standard delivery fees apply:

Zone 1 (within 7 km of Melbourne CBD): $25

Zone 2 (outside 7 km): $50
4. Cancellation
We’ll always do our best to deliver on time and as promised.
However, we’re not responsible for delays or issues outside our control (such as traffic, weather, or venue access).
Our total liability is limited to the value of the catering order in question.
5. BIBIS Eat Now, Pay Later (Love It Guarantee)
The BIBIS Love It Guarantee lets first-time customers experience our catering without paying upfront for food.
You’ll only pay a delivery fee when booking. At delivery, your payment card will be pre-authorised, confirming your acceptance that it may be charged within 24 hours after your event, unless you notify us that your guests didn’t love it.
“Love it” means your food arrived on time, matched your order, and met the quality and flavour you’d reasonably expect from BIBIS.
If something isn’t right, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it immediately. We’ll review your feedback in good faith and offer a fair resolution, whether that’s a full or partial replacement, credit, or refund.

6. Dietary and Allergies
We take dietary needs seriously but cannot guarantee food is completely allergen-free.
Please tell us all dietary requirements when placing your order.
7. Promotional Offers
Promotional offers (e.g. “Free Catering” or discounts) are for a limited time.
One offer maximum per organisation or household.
Offers may change or end without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
All BIBIS offers, promotions, and guarantees are provided in good faith and intended for genuine use.
BIBIS reserves the right to refuse service, recover costs, or withdraw an offer where misuse, dishonesty, or excessive claims are identified.
Customers must act reasonably and communicate in good faith.
Any disputes will be handled fairly, and both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before formal action.
9. Fair Use Policy
Cancel 30 days or more before your event for a full refund.
Cancel under 30 days for a credit toward a future booking.
No refunds or major changes within 48 hours of delivery.
10. Legal
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Victoria.

We may update this policy as needed. The latest version will always be published on our website with the effective date.
